How do I know if I have LinkUp Mobile coverage in my area?
LinkUp Mobile operates on America’s Most Reliable Network, providing the best nationwide coverage. Please visit our ZIP Code verifier to confirm service in your area.
If I am in an area with poor coverage, does that impact my data speeds?
As long as you have a capable device required for 4G/5G speeds, our high-speed data will always attempt 4G/5G speeds, but certain locations or network conditions may not have 4G/5G speeds available. In that case, we will use 3G data. Both 4G/5G & 3G data speeds count towards your included high speed data. Download speeds max of 8Mpbs 4Mbps (4G/5G). Videos stream at DVD Quality (480p). After the allotted 4G/5G data bucket is used up, data service will be suspended. For any questions about data speed, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
What type of shipping options does LinkUp Mobile offer?
We offer USPS Ground Advantage with delivery in 2-5 business days.
Do LinkUp Mobile plans include 5G coverage?
Yes, 5G is included with all monthly plans. To use 5G, you must have a 5G capable device and be in a 5G coverage area.

When will my plan expire?
Your plan expires 30 days after your first date of purchase. For example, if you buy a plan on the 15th of the month, your plan will expire the 14th of the following month. To avoid any interruptions, please purchase a new plan before the old one expires. Does not apply to subscription members.
Is roaming in Canada and Mexico included in my plan?
Yes! LinkUp Mobile provides the largest coverage area in North America, on America’s Most Reliable Network. This includes Text and Talk to, and from, anywhere in the USA, Canada & Mexico.
What happens if I use all my data?
Not a problem! You can purchase new data at any authorized retailer or by visiting our website at www.linkupmobile.com. Just log in to My Account and navigate to Purchase Add-Ons
How do I upgrade my plan?
It’s simple! Visit www.linkupmobile.com, log in to My Account, and navigate to Make a Payment, then select Change My Plan. Alternatively, give us a call at 1-855-411-0154, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
When will my credit card be charged?
We are so sure you will love our service that Your First Month is FREE! If you decide to continue with your subscription, we will charge your credit card at the end of your billing cycle (the same date from the prior month). Non-subscription customers will need to log into their account and acquire the next month’s service or visit a LinkUp Mobile distribution partner to renew their service.
What type of phone works on LinkUp Mobile?
To fully enjoy LinkUp Mobile, you’ll need a 5G/4G LTE unlocked phone compatible with AT&T. We’ll confirm your phone’s compatibility during the Device Verification step when you place your order.
